Our Skywatch operation centers expertly oversee and control all of our services and solutions. Advanced technology meets qualified staff in these Operations Centers, which use proven processes and stringent protocols to provide the highest customer security and support.
When an event occurs or a report is received, it is immediately forwarded to the appropriate area security manager ensures that the appropriate action is taken quickly and updates the Operations Center which in turn update the client or the required party. The Shywatch Operations Center further analyze the past events and incidents and takes proactive measures to suit the interest of the client.
Skywatch Standard Operation Protocols, routines, and reporting tools improve the quality and speed with which information is given to clients. Based on data and reports from the Skywatch incident analysis system, processes are constantly fine-tuned and improved continuously.
If necessary, we can call for an ambulance or other emergency assistance from the police, fire department, or medical specialists.
