Skywatch offers on-going professional development to keep skills sharp by following well-defined training tracks. We keep a record of completed training modules in our training academy as well as in each officer’s personal file to maintain training standards.

Initial Training & Competency checks

All security officers are trained at our training academy after enlistment, where we develop and implement professionally performed updated training programs that help officers to become more aware and competent during their tour of duty in addressing the clients varying security requirements. Our high-quality training includes theory & practical sessions which allows us to retain a high level of performance at all times.

Refresher Training

Refresher training courses will help security personnel become familiar with current rules, regulations and requirements. These courses also showcase the latest trends in the field, including information on new technology, tools and ideas of how things are done. Refresher training will ensure the ability to keep up to date with a changing security industry standards and address effectively with customer requirements.

Client Specific Training

At Skywatch, we also develop client specific training as a part of the security officers training program. The training is designed to ensure each client’s varying security requirements are addressed effectively without any gaps.

In response to COVID-19, we’ve put in place a number of safety measures, including a new training series. This training contains best practices from a variety of industries and clients, as well and also our value-added training addresses pressing client needs to ensure clients security needs are met without any gaps.
